Many building projects stall because the drawings are incomplete, out of date or hard to read. A homeowner has a sketch on paper. A builder has a PDF that cannot be edited. A designer is busy and needs help getting a set of drawings out the door. We help in all of these cases by drawing what you describe, clearly and in the format you need.

Our core business is estimating, which means we read building plans all day. That experience shapes how we draft. We know which dimensions a builder looks for first, which notes a trade needs on the page, and which missing details turn into questions later. We aim to give you drawings that are easy to read and easy to use.

We work from the information you give us. We do not design the building, and we do not check it against the building code. If your project needs design, engineering, planning advice or certification, those stay with your designer, engineer and certifier. Our job is to draw, model and present what you have decided.

Who We Work With

Common Drafting Jobs We Take On

From a sketch to a CAD drawing. You have a hand sketch of a floor plan with rough dimensions. We draw it to scale in CAD, label the rooms, add dimensions and list the questions the sketch leaves open, such as wall thickness or door sizes.

Existing house, no plans. You are planning a renovation, but the original plans are missing. Send your measurements and photos, and we draw the existing layout so your designer and builder have a base to work from.

A PDF that cannot be edited. A designer sent a flat PDF and you need to change it, or a scanned plan is hard to read. We redraw it as clean, editable CAD so changes are quick and dimensions are clear.

Plans that need a picture. A client cannot picture the building from a floor plan. We build a 3D model from the same drawings, and produce exterior or interior views that make the design easier to talk about before anything is built.
