Councils and Approvals on the Sunshine Coast
Most Sunshine Coast projects fall under Sunshine Coast Council. Neighbouring councils include Moreton Bay Regional Council, Noosa Council and Gympie Regional Council. In Queensland, a building approval can be issued by a private certifier or by the council, and local planning rules, such as bushfire, flood or coastal overlays, can affect what you are allowed to build.
We do not provide design, planning advice or approvals. Your designer, town planner and certifier handle those. Once your drawings are ready, we measure them and price what is shown, so you can quote with confidence.
